YOUTH EMPOWERMENT
Most of the youth have big dreams, but they lack guidance and mentorship to help and guide them through the way. Through this program, Smart Generation created an avenue where aspiring young businessmen and women had a chance to meet successful business moguls from different sectors, who had a chance to share about their journey, failures, success and their philosophies so as to mold this young generation about entrepreneurship journey.
In a practical and efficient way. This program had three main parts:
1. MENTORSHIP SESSIONS
These sessions involve a talk between aspiring entrepreneurs and successful business moguls from different sectors, where they share their journey, success, failures, and philosophies to help the aspiring entrepreneurs to get a glimpse of what it takes to create a successful business.

2. ON-HAND TRAINING
After the series of mentorship sessions which are in a large part talk, these aspiring business young men/women are then attached to the mentors, to get to learn their business practices in a practical manner. Through this three-month program the person will get to learn directly how to manage a business and all other related issues.

3. STIMULUS PACKAGE
After the sessions and on hand training, the youth with the most promising businesses are awarded a stimulus package which can help them in boosting their businesses. These youth are also kept under Smart Generation monitoring, to help them grow wings, but also to learn the strategies which works
